2.Try a clean mascara wand. Sweep a clean, fresh mascara wand through lashes when they're wet. Don't worry, you don't have to buy them.When you finish a mascara, clean the wand in a capful of eye makeup remover, then wash with soap and dry. Keep it clean by washing it whenever you wash your makeup tools.
3.Don't shy away from colored mascara. Basic mascara rules are simple: Black works for everyone but can be harsh on blondes. Blondes should opt for brown/black by day and reserve black for night. Blue mascara, however, can brighten blue eyes while purple mascara makes brown eyes pop. The most popular mascara sold in the US is Maybelline Great Lash mascara, a great buy at under $6. The company estimates one tube is sold every 1.6 seconds in the U.S.
4. When applying mascara, wiggle the wand at the base of the lashes. It's the mascara placed near the roots (not the tips) that gives the illusion of length.
5.Thin, short brushes are best. A thinner brush allows you to get into the corner of eyes. Short brushes give you more control.
6.Give a few coats to the edges by blinking. Blink onto the brush to give ends an extra coat.
7.Powder under the eye before applying mascara. Sometimes mascara smudges because it's attracted to oily concealer or eye creams.
8.Use an eyelash curler Curling lashes gives eyes the appearance of being wider and brighter. Shoot warm air from your blowdryer on the mascara curler for 3-5 seconds to warm it up before curling lashes. Touch it first to make sure it's not too hot. It's a myth that you have to curl lashes before you apply mascara. You can curl lashes after mascara application, just make sure the mascara is dry first. 9.Zig-zag the wand. Zig-zagging the wand back and forth during application helps cut down clumps.
10.For a dramatic look, apply mascara only to the upper lashes. To make eyes seem wider, apply to the bottom, too. But make sure you give lashes a light touch. Not great at getting those bottom lashes? Try putting a tissue under them before application.
11.Use a mascara primer. Primers coat lashes and separate them before you apply mascara. Makeup artists swear by mascara primer. I tried it and like it, but because it's an added step, I usually use primer only on special occasion when I spend more time on my makeup.
12.Want that 2nd coat? Just make sure to do it before the first coat dries, otherwise you'll get clumps.
13.Do NOT pump wand in and out of the tube. This only introduces air into the tube, which will cause your mascara to dry out sooner than it should
14.Another smudge-proof tip -- bend the wand. A top makeup artist once gave his secret to his steady hand: he always bends his wand at a right angle.
15.Wait five seconds before blinking. You don't want to paint your lids, do you?

I don't think so,Webster should renovate his dictionary. Adult girl or may be men always love dolls,whatever its types.

Dolls,we knew its since a baby,our mom bought first doll otherwise a baby didn't know what is doll.But,they recognize its as a toy and something should be love.

Why we loves doll?Maybe our parent practice a way to love,something or someone.Since baby,doll was not only a toy,its always accompanied our bed time.We talked to them,sometimes we pretended its life and could be a sharing place if we felt our parent dislike us since a new baby came,or they angry.Did you know a doll material history.

Should I Love Nicole?

When I come to this city, my heart in broken.A man that i loved (i hate this word)has cheating me.I was not a strong person who can pretend this such an easy thing.I decided to cutting off my job and starting a new process being a student again.A City,that i never visited before,i can't speak with their language,and don't have anyone i knew here.Time is running, i studying hard,lying in apartment with sea view at terrace.But,its to big for me stand here alone.

Until Nicole came, a young beautiful American-Taiwanese women with her ideal body structure.We were together living in a comfort apartment with fun.Nicole was and is a medicine for me.She could make me laugh,smile and passing a new day with a new spirit.Also for backside,Nicole always cried in my hold if she had a problem.Her parent asked Nicole marry with their choose one.

Delia sekarang tahu kenapa lebih mudah copy paste daripada bikin karya original,apalagi dalam bahasa inggris.Mungkin bagi beberapa orang mudah membuat artikel original dalam bahasa inggris,tapi responnya mungkin tidak seperti yang diharapkan (dari yang memberi tanggapan maksudnya).Oleh karena itu Delia bermaksud posting dalam dua bahasa.

Sesuai dengan judul,itu bukan pertanyaan tapi pernyataan.Berhubung kita berada dalam bulan Suci,marilah kita introspeksi diri kita masing-masing.
Jangan anggap bulan ini bulan puasa,dimana semua orang berlomba-lomba untuk mencari amal lewat ibadah,agar mendapat pahala dan pengampunanNya.Atau,apakah itu kita lakukan di bulan ini saja?Semua orang berdosa,seberapapun upaya dia menghapusnya lewat ibadah,tetap saja dia akan berbuat dosa.Dosa tidak akan dilakukan apabila nyawa sudah berpisah dari badan.

Delia mungkin orang yang tidak sempurna dalam beribadah,tapi Delia berusaha untuk mengurangi dosa,tapi tidak menghapus akan berbuat dosa.Jujur saja,semua juga sama kan?

Teman:"Dia bilang gini,Yah Dosa lo banyak amat sama gua.Sampe tiga kali lho,Del"
Teman:"Waktu lo minta maaf,dia bilang kalo lo ga punya dosa sama dia."
Teman:"Tapi biar aja,yang penting gua sudah minta maaf,kalau tidak dia maafin,dia yang berdosa."
Delia :...diam...dalam hati,bukannya Teman ngomongin Queen di belakang dia,bukan merupakan dosa?

Maaf,Deliapun merasa berdosa karna memposting kejadian ini tanpa sepengetahuan Teman.

The question is: How to choose a priority between priorities?
1.If you have a list,or haven't,make it!
Note in list,what things you have.You will choose its one.Read the list,three times minimum.Rearrange the list position,which one is important than other.Second,rearrange,which one is more important than other,erase the last three things in list below (if you have more than five in your list).Third,rearrange,which one is most important.Choose it!!

During the holy month of Ramadan, our diet should not differ very much from our normal diet and should be as simple as possible. The diet should be such that we maintain our normal weight, neither losing nor gaining. However, if one is over-weight, Ramadan is an ideal time to normalize one's weight. In view of the long hours of fasting, we should consume slow digesting foods including fibre containing-foods rather than fast-digesting foods.

Slow digesting foods last up to 8 hours, while fast-digesting foods last for only 3 to 4 hours.

* Slow-digesting foods are foods that contain grains and seeds like barley, wheat, oats, millet, semolina, beans, lentils, whole meal flour, unpolished rice, etc. (called complex carbohydrates).
* Fast-burning foods are foods that contain sugar, white flour, etc. (called refined carbohydrates).
* Fiber-containing foods are bran-containing foods, whole wheat, grains and seeds, vegetables like green beans, peas, sem (papry), marrow, mealies, spinach, and other herbs like methie, the leaves of beetroot (iron-rich), fruit with skin, dried fruit especially dried apricots, figs and prunes, almonds, etc.

The foods eaten should be well-balanced, containing foods from each food group, i.e. fruits, vegetables, meat/chicken/fish, bread/cereals and dairy products. Fried foods are unhealthy and should be limited. They cause indigestion, heart-burn, and weight problems.

AVOID

* Fried and fatty foods.
* Foods containing too much sugar.
* Over-eating especially during the meal before Dawn (sehri. or suhur)
* Too much tea during the meal before Dawn (sehri. or suhur). Tea makes you pass more urine taking with it valuable mineral salts that your body would need during the day.
* Smoking cigarettes. If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadan. Smoking is unhealthy and one should stop completely.

EAT

* Complex carbohydrates during the meal before Dawn (sehri. or suhur) so that the food lasts longer making you less hungry.
* Haleem is an excellent source of protein and is a slow-burning food.
* Dates are excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium.
* Almonds are rich in protein and fibre with less fat.
* Bananas are a good source of potassium, magnesium and carbohydrates.

DRINK

* As much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar (Breaking fasting) and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels in time.

Common Medical Problems

CONSTIPATION
Constipation can cause piles (haemorroids), fissures (painful cracks in anal canal) and indigestion with a bloated feeling.

Causes: Too much refined foods, too little water and not enough fibre in the diet.
Remedy: Avoid excessive refined foods, increase water intake, use bran in baking, brown flour when making roti.

INDIGESTION AND WIND
Causes: Over-eating. Too much fried and fatty foods, spicy foods, and foods that produce wind e.g. eggs, cabbage, lentils, carbonated drinks like Cola also produce gas.

Remedy: Do not over-eat, drink fruit juices or better still drink water. Avoid fried foods, add ajmor to wind-producing foods.

LETHARGY ('low blood pressure')
Excessive sweating, weakness, tiredness, lack of energy, dizziness, especially on getting up from sitting position, pale appearance and feeling faint are symptoms associated with "low blood pressure". This tends to occur towards the afternoon.

Causes: Too little fluid intake, decreased salt intake.

Remedy: Keep cool, increase fluid and salt intake.

Caution: Low blood pressure should be confirmed by taking a blood
pressure reading when symptoms are present. Persons with high blood pressure may need their medication adjusted during Ramadan. They should consult their
doctor.

HEADACHE
Causes: Caffeine and tobacco-withdrawal, doing too much in one day,
lack of sleep, hunger usually occur as the day goes by and worsens at the end
of the day. When associated with "low blood pressure", the headache can be
quite severe and can also cause nausea before Iftar (Breaking Fasting).

Remedy: Cut down caffeine and tobacco slowly starting a week or two
before Ramadan. Herbal and caffeine-free teas may be substituted. Reorganize
your schedule during the Ramadan so as to have adequate sleep.

LOW BLOOD SUGAR
Weakness, dizziness, tiredness, poor concentration, perspiring easily,
feeling shaky (tremor), unable to perform physical activities, headache,
palpitations are symptoms of low blood sugar.

Causes in non-diabetics: Having too much sugar i.e. refined carbohydrates
especially during the meal before Dawn (sehri or suhur) . The body produces too much insulin causing the blood glucose to drop.

Remedy: Eat something at suhur (sehri) and limit sugar-containing foods and
drinks.

Caution: Diabetics may need to adjust their medication in Ramadan,
consult your doctor.

MUSCLE CRAMPS
Causes: Inadequate intake of calcium, magnesium and potassium foods.

Remedy: Eat foods rich in the above minerals e.g. vegetables, fruit,
dairy products, meat and dates.

Caution: Those on high blood pressure medication and with kidney stone
problems should consult their doctor.

PEPTIC ULCERS, HEART BURN, GASTRITIS AND HIATUS HERNIA
Increased acid levels in the empty stomach in Ramadan aggravate the
above conditions. It presents as a burning feeling in the stomach area under
the ribs and can extend upto the throat. Spicy foods, coffee, and Cola
drinks worsen these conditions.

Medications are available to control acid levels in the stomach. People
with proven peptic ulcers and hiatus hernia should consult their doctor well
before Ramadan.

KIDNEY STONES
Kidney stones may occur in people who have less liquids to drink.
Therefore, it is essential to drink extra liquids so as to prevent stone formation.

JOINT PAINS
Causes: The increased pressure on the knee joints during Salat. In the elderly and those with arthritis this may result in pain, stiffness, swelling and discomfort.

Remedy: Lose weight so that the knees do not have to carry any extra
load. Exercise the lower limbs . Being physically fit allows greater fulfillment,
thus enabling one to be able to perform salat with ease.

1. Eat Suhur

The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, highly recommend eating this pre-dawn meal before a day of fasting. While you may want to pass to catch some more sleep, remember that you can always take a catnap while you're fasting, but you won't be able to eat or drink. To make it easier, set out utensils and dry food on the table before going to bed so you can quickly eat and go back to sleep after Suhur.

2. Limit fat intake
That's right, limit it, don't cut it out. Otherwise, you'll have to get rid of what's considered "traditional" Iftar food in most Muslim cultures. If you're not sure what kind of food is being referred to, think fried,greasy and/or super sweet.

3. Follow the Prophet's golden rule of one-third
This especially needs to be said in Ramadan. We should strive to have no more than one-third food, one-third liquid and one-third air in our stomachs when eating.

4. Encourage dip-dunking
Fruits and vegetables get left to the wayside during regular days, let alone at Iftar time. But you can whip out those carrot sticks if you've got some tasty dips to eat them with.

5. Walk after Iftar
Before you fall over from exhaustion after Iftar and dinner, take a short walk around the block or just around your building. The change of environment and exposure to fresh air may just wake you up in time to go for the next activity listed below.

6. Pray Tarawih
More great exercise, not to mention a wonderful way to build concentration, stamina and brotherhood/sisterhood.

7. Take a short afternoon nap

I decided to go straight to the horse’s mouth this time girls and ask a group of men I know straight out the top three reasons why they think men lie to women, and then why they personally have lied to women themselves. I found their answers very honest, enlightening and I think you will too. I also found it very interesting that more than one of the men stated different reasons for why he believes men lie in general and why he has lied himself. My Personal Reasons For Having Lied To Women:
1) I don’t know that I’ve ever lied outright for s*x. Hmmm. Probably. Hard to believe that I haven’t.
2) If I’ve forgotten to do something, but I can do it before the lie can be found out, and I’m dealing with someone who will get bent out of shape, I’ll lie. Note that I’ll only do this with women who take it personally that I forgot and who will whine and get offended.
3) For number 3, this is a catch all: “I have to work late” to get out of some thing or another. Though, if I’ve said I have to work late, I do then generally work late. I don’t say I have to work late, then go do something else. Also, if I’ve already committed, I don’t then bag out at the last minute unless I really have to work late.

They’d never get the date if they admitted they were 5’6” or made less than $30,000 a year, so they figure they’ll “fudge” the truth and hopefully she’ll fall for him for all the other reasons women fall for men (that covers pretty much everything, by the way – as most things fall under the umbrella of insecurity). Alas, she won’t.
2) Because they have something to hide. This is another form of insecurity, since the truth often hurts. For example, if you’re married and looking for a fling, you’re most likely not going to admit to being married. Pretty much anything that will prevent one from getting a date will be glossed over for obvious reasons. Why tell someone you’re on Prozac? Or that your last relationship was emotionally abusive? Or that you’re fifty pounds overweight but “working on it”? This is what I call “bad truth”. You’re not lying, but you’re not giving full disclosure either. My Reasons For Lying To Women:
It may sound like a lie, but I never lie online. You need a healthy ego to be yourself in full, but the rewards are that no one will ever feel deceived when they meet you. I don’t disclose my income, or mention my dislikes at all – because why alienate anyone? Probably my most common non-disclosure is the don’t ask/don’t tell policy of dating multiple people. Women I’ve met often breach that by discussing their date last night or their upcoming date. I think it’s safe to assume most people are dating multiple people – there’s no value to mentioning it, however.

Usually it's just to stay on even ground. Women are more deceitful in "dating situations." and even though they say they are not dating others, they usually have more opportunity and will play the field more often. I find that too taxing and usually date one at a time. But I frequently, well, in the past, have found that women (LA women let's say) are not just dating to find a better match - they are dating multiples to find the best "deal" among them. What is Aphrodisiacs?

In the pursuit of s*x*al success and fertility, the moon, and everything under it, has been touted as an aphrodisiac by some person or culture. Love potion peddlers stop at nothing to sell their sexual exciters. A second obstacle to obtaining proof of aphrodisiac effects is that some drugs may not actually have specific s*x*al effects, but may change a person's mood and therefore seem to be an aphrodisiac. For example, alcohol has been called a "social lubricant." People drink for many reasons, including: relaxation, reduced anxiety, boosting self-confidence, and overcoming depression. Because s*x*al problems can be caused or worsened by psychological stress, moderate drinking might seem like a s*x*al enhancer. In fact, it merely lessens inhibitions. Alcohol is actually a depressant, and drinking too much actually decreases desire.

Perfume is known for its aromatic fragrance. It is mixture of essential oils and aromatic compounds that gives a pleasing smell. Perfume is generally related with sensual and passionate aspects of one’s life. The exact chemical formula is never distributed publicly.
