A 71-year-old grandfather was sentenced to prison for 21 years in California prison for attempted bank robbery in San Diego. This deceased grandfather who has to perform an action from a wheelchair using a replica BB gun.
Judge Jeffrey Fraser said the suspects named Peter Lawrence is theoretically possible to get out of jail at the age of 90. That means two years ahead of his incarceration. Age 90 is the limit where a person was not a potential threat to the public again.
Referring to the news office of the city of San Diego, Lawrence admitted to having robbed the money of US $ 2 thousand last summer. The robbery was carried out because he thought he felt hopeless after being diagnosed with disease complications.
